I think that it's useful because it helps to organize information and make it easy to find. The advantages are that I can access the information from any computer and people can share information with each other. The disadvantage is that people are going to tag in different ways, so if I type in a keyword, it might not take me to information that others have posted on that topic. Before assigning tags, it is important to think about what keywords are going to make it easy for me, and others, to find information later.

I am slowly becoming more comfortable with embedding code. I chose this one because I love video games. Although, it is harder to play with the computer's controls I've noticed.

The only online community that I belong to is Facebook. I don't think that can take the place of face-to-face relationships, however, it can be more convenient. With people's geography and schedules, sometimes online chatting is the only way to keep in touch on a regular basis.

I think these sites are popular with kids because it allows them to keep in constant contact with each other. If they are unable to see each other, they can still communicate online with many individuals.
